"After being employed in the car industry for many years, I decided I needed a change, to start a new chapter in my life. With the help of some great friends within the driver trainer field, I completed my qualifications to become a driving instructor and started Steve’s Driving School with the view of running a friendly, patient and professional driving school for all ages to learn in.
Starting a business proved to be a lot of hard work, but as the business grew, so did I. Not only did it allow me to teach some amazing people but it also opened up new opportunities for me in the world of driver training. I have volunteered for the L2P Program, a program that assists learner drivers who are unable to accumulate logged hours to be matched with a volunteer to assist them with this. This then gave me an opportunity to become a supervising driver trainer within the L2P Program working alongside some of the top people within the driver trainer industry, including those associated with the design of the GLS test drive that you or your child will go through to get there license. Recently my staff and I took part in a program run by the Lions Club to allow the visually impaired the opportunity to drive, an experience we will never forget.
I have worked to keep up the values of Steve’s Driving School, and as we grow we will continue to uphold these values."

I’ve been in this caper for just on 10 years now and my aim is to provide a relaxed environment for students, have a laugh, feel excited about our drives, and to ultimately get students fully licenced & driving safely on the road! Since moving to Steve’s Driving School I have found this to be a great team with high expectations and the desire to succeed!"

"Hi, my name is Marianne, I was born in France, but Australia has been my home for over 20 years.  

I have a passion for helping people.  I returned to work after having a family and went into fitness and personal training.    Looking for a change I began working for Vic Roads as a licence testing officer.  Experiencing the industry made me realise the best way to help people to drive safely and be successful in gaining their licence was to complete the training and become a driving instructor, & what better place to be than Steve's Driving School.

In joining the team it allows Steve's to expand its serviceable area to include suburbs such as Upper Plenty, Beveridge, Kinglake, Kalkallo, Donnybrook, Whittlesea, Mernda, Wollert, Doreen, Epping, South Morang, Mill Park, Thomastown, Diamond Creek, Greensborough, Bundoora & everything in between."

Hey! I’m Emma-Jane and I’m super excited to be working with Steve’s driving school! As a previous license tester for Vic Roads, I consider myself a wealth of knowledge in road safety and can’t wait to help you on your journey towards your first solo drive!

Aside from my passion for road safety, I am a big car enthusiast! Custom cars, old school classics, new style JDM and everything in between. I love attending car shows, the Formula1 at Albert Park every year and the drifts! It’s always so exciting to see how amazing cars can perform and look with a little TLC!
